Yoga and Lunch

Join Yoga instructor, Gabrielle Copeley for a gentle beginner's Yoga sessions outdoors, followed by a "lunch and learn" with Kendall Scott. Breathe in the fresh air during your Yoga session on the grass, then enjoy a delicious lunch in the barn with fresh farm food. You'll even learn about the health benefits of your food and take home a few recipes. Please bring your own Yoga mat. Comfortable clothing, sunscreen and bug spray are recommended. Raw Chocolate Class

This workshop is perfect for anyone who loves chocolate! Learn about the amazing health benefits of raw cacao and how to make your own delicious raw chocolate! This chocolate offers tremendous health benefits in its raw, organic form, so you don't need to feel guilty eating it...a much better option than most store-bought chocolates that contain refined sugars or artificial sweeteners, which are detrimental to your health. Enjoy tasting some sweets in this class, plus you get to bring home some chocolatey recipes and your own batch of raw chocolate! Hurry - this class fills up fast!


Veggie Sushi Class

Learn how to make your very own veggie sushi! This Japanese dish is incredibly nutritious, delicious and fun to create. Learn about the amazing benefits of sea vegetables (seaweed) and ways to incorporate this nutrient-packed food into your diet. Then, make your own sushi roll to bring home (if it makes it that far)! You will also get to sample some tasty seaweed salad, and bring home your own sushi rolling mat and recipes incorporating seaweed. Guests are welcome to BYO Sake, wine or other beverage to enjoy during the workshop. All ingredients and supplies are provided. No raw fish will be used. 


Super Smoothies & Better Breakfasts

If you ever have a difficult time making a healthy breakfast and getting yourself and your children ready for the day - then this is one class you won't want to miss! Getting a healthy start to your day begins with breakfast, and you'll see how simple and tasty it can be! Learn how to make some quick, easy and incredibly nutritious breakfasts you and your children will enjoy. Sample Kendall's gluten-free and oh-so-yummy pecan banana pancakes (great for a weekend treat!), make your own steel cut oats with your choice of toppings and a SUPER smoothie to bring home and enjoy the next morning! You'll also learn what types of foods to look for that will give you lasting energy every morning. *Please BYO reusable container to bring home your steel cut oats (approx 1 cup) - Pyrex, Tupperware or stainless steel containers work well.

Did you know that gluten - the protein found in wheat and a few other grains - could be causing a host of problems in your body, including weight gain, digestive pain or discomfort, headaches, dry itchy skin, arthritis and low energy?

Does dealing with Gluten-Free foods sound too daunting? Fear not! “Crowding” gluten out of your diet is much easier than you think!

In this class, you will learn where gluten is found in foods and some simple steps to begin reducing gluten in your diet. Then, assemble one (or two!) easy and delicious gluten-free dinners to bring home! Also bring home handouts and recipes and enjoy a scrumptious sample of gluten-free black bean brownies! Recipes and handouts included.
