Getting a healthy start to your day begins with breakfast, and you'll see how simple and tasty it can be! Learn how to make some quick, easy and incredibly nutritious breakfasts you and your children will enjoy. Sample Kendall's gluten-free and oh-so-yummy pecan banana pancakes (great for a weekend treat!), make your own steel cut oats with your choice of toppings and a SUPER smoothie to bring home and enjoy the next morning! You'll also learn what types of foods to look for that will give you lasting energy every morning. *Please BYO reusable container to bring home your steel cut oats (approx 1 cup) - Pyrex, Tupperware or stainless steel containers work well.

In this class, you will learn where gluten is found in foods and some simple steps to begin reducing gluten in your diet. Then, assemble one (or two!) easy and delicious gluten-free dinners to bring home! Also bring home handouts and recipes and enjoy a scrumptious sample of gluten-free black bean brownies! Recipes and handouts included.
